Services Landscape Design Landscape Design Plans Flat fee $625 A typical 1/4 acre lot plan can usually be completed at 1’ = 10’ scale keyed to a plant list. Together we will walk
your property and discuss your vision, budget, priorities and areas of concerns. Preliminary cost information is provided based on experience. An assistant of mine will create a measured base map and I will complete design
schematic that we will discuss at a second meeting. A final drawing and plant list will be provided. A 15% discount
on plant material will be available to you from Cofer’s Home and Garden Showplace for one year from the date
you plan is completed. Design/Build is a method for completing design and implementation in the same step. Measured drawings and keyed plant lists are not completed. Rather, together through on-site discussions, visual paint marks, and photo references we determine what you desire and what we can produce. I provide extensive on-site supervision on a daily basis to oversee all aspects of hard and softscape design: designing bed lines, solving drainage issues, detailing masonry work, and placing plant material. A written proposal /contract is developed for your project. When the signed proposal/contract and deposit are received the job is scheduled and materials are ordered. |
